East Biloxi Coordination Relief and Redevelopment Agency.

Two former church buildings were renovated for shared use by the East Biloxi Coordination & Relief Center, the design studio, and several volunteer construction organizations.

In the main building, the design studio opens to the other areas through large sliding doors that double as pin-up space. Nearby are the center’s case workers, and formal and informal meeting spaces appear throughout, reinforcing the coordination that takes place among these organizations.

A large meeting space (in the smaller building not shown here) and public computer terminals further reinforce the role of the center as a resource in the East Biloxi community.
