From the DOE Solar Decathlon 2009 website:
"The University of Louisiana at Lafayette won the 2009 Market Viability and People's Choice Awards for its BeauSoleil Home. The Market Viability Award was given by a jury that based its decision on Buildability, Constructability, and Affordability. The People's Choice award gives visitors the opportunity to vote for the house they like best. With more than 17,000 paper and electronic ballots cast, 2009 visitors overwhelmingly selected BeauSoleil as their favorite."
