The shelter slides one part permitting the existence of two configurations: during the day the cube is open, creating a terrace and an office and at night the cube closes to permit security inside (the door is hidden behind the wall and the windows are closed, except the little ones to permit penetration of light by morning). The main material is wood, a native material, which contributes to shelter integration and easy access to raw materials.
As it is small, easy to build, cheap and transportable, it suits to emergency needs like hurricane, heartquake or fire recovery, providing also low cost habitation in poorer countries
