Kashiwagi Daycare Center is located in the middle of Sendai. They suffered only minor damage from the earthquake. However, they have to accept many students from surrounding daycare facilities that were damaged by the earthquake and/or tsunami. It is urgent to expand their space to take additional students in the next spring. Students Rebuild and Architecture for Humanity are helping a wooden deck portion of the addition to provide students a safe place to learn and play.
