Located on the banks of the River Thames in Battersea, South London LATIS have designed, gained planning for and managed the fit-out of London’s first five-star Eco-Hotel. LATIS were commissioned to design the 55,000 sqft scheme including the interiors, servicing, specification and selection of construction elements and finishes. LATIS have worked closely with technology providers such as Philips and VDA to deliver a truly unique boutique hotel with many first’s in the hospitality industry. Typically the energy consumption of the hotel will be 70% less than that of an equivalent sized hotel.
