The existing conditions for this site are as follows. The school is walled off with concrete block with two gate openings, one main entry gate and one courtyard entry. There are four buildings on site with a central courtyard. Some of the buildings do have some structural damage.
Notes
- Rear wall or courtyard needs to be removed and rebuilt
- There are major structural cracks at ceilings and windows of classrooms
- There is exposed rebar where walls have cracked
- Exposed rebar 3/8” not sufficient
- Restroom area is not suitable for use
- Fresh coat of paint needed
- No electrical lighting
- No running water
- Courtyard covered in gravel is hazardous and needs to be compacted (recommended)
- Designated parking area is recommended
- Addition of vegetation is needed
