The existing conditions for this site are as follows. The two story school is located on the street edge with no room for recreational area(s). It is poorly constructed therefore the structure is very questionable. It is unpredictable what may happen if the building is occupied for a short term and not recommended that it be permanently occupied.

Notes

- Three classrooms on the first floor, a kitchen and a restroom
- Second floor has 6 classrooms and no emergency egress
- Restroom area is not suitable for use no toilets (new restrooms recommended)
- Kitchen is not sanitary
- Second floor hallway is narrow
- Concrete block walls interior and exterior, floors ceilings and long spans are not properly reinforced
- No lintels at door or window openings
- No door or window frames present
- Miscellaneous materials appear in concrete mix
- Rotten re-bar is exposed throughout the building
- Landing of staircase should be a minimum of 4 feet (recommended).The staircase would at least need to be reinforced with support columns if not totally reinforced or replaced (recommended).
- For corrugated aluminum roof, ties, hangers or plates are recommended to join beams and joists.
- Unfinished electrical work and in some areas piping for the electrical wires is exposed
- No running water
- No room for designated parking area
- No room for expansion on site
