Project Description:

Function
WAYN is an LBS application that provides a report on the location and status of users in the form of customizable images, so that the information is quick and easy to interpret. This allows users both impaired (deaf and mute, mentally handicapped ...) and without them can access the information. In addition to include with the position information of the status information (available, busy, driving ...) you can check the availability of users. The information is provided via web so there are different ways to access it: WM application or i-phone, Web browser, digital photo frame with WIFI ... The product also includes a processing behavior based on the location information that allows to know the normal behavior of users and therefore automatically get the position places normal family or community (home, school, work, bar ...).

Inspiration
The Weasley Clock Harry Potter together with the repeated phrases as "Where are you?" "Are you coming my way home?", "Where the hell are you?", "Are you driving?", "Can you talk now? "" Where were you last so long? "," Are you still in the supermarket? "... have been my source of inspiration for the development of WAYN. Currently the technology is so advanced that it was interesting to realize a concept of fiction as the Weasley Clock also provide a solution to a problem that all people are today: the position and availability of contact people close automatically and easily without breaking into your privacy. The concept of Wayne also came up with the interest to implement an LBS (Location Based Service), so flourishing in this new decade, using the development and test environment that provides the company with AppLab ARTILIUM.

Development
WAYN is a software product consisting of two great tools, application performance analysis and application based on WEB site WAYN, which work in conjunction with the ARTA platform for location information and availability of users. - The platform ARTA provides the position and availability for users. - Application behavior analysis based on location: This application itself, using the history of the position information allows us to know many aspects of users (most visited sites, more frequent trips and the environment employee transport ...). - Application WAYN: WEB Service generated images from the captured information. The last element are client applications that access the images provided by the web server in the form of URLs. For example, a digital photo frame wifi or i-phone application.
