Rebuilding Haiti Concrete rebar-system to be tested for use moment strength

Looking to have a low cost steel bar pattern lab tested for moment resistance. Goal is to have a template pattern for simple rebuilding in areas where concrete is the dominant construction method. The assembly uses re-bar and salvaged chain link fence folded around a triangular template.
