Instant Built HouseĀ® is a rapid deployment affordable housing/shelter made from an extremely strong steel frame that is standardized worldwide and stackable up to nine stories high. They are built with fully insulated walls, photovoltaic solar array for power, wind-ventilated scoops and skylights, roof-mounted HVAC units, satellite cable and inter, and internal waste collector and water recycling systems. It can withstand many natural disasters such as: hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis. The houses are made from 85% recycled/remanufactured materials and environmentally friendly components. Rapidly and instantly deployable worldwide, the container homes can be transported by ocean cargo ships, railroad "piggy-back" trains, semi-trucks, civilian and military jumbo air cargo, and helicopter.
