DESCRIPTION

Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile, South America.
The commune of Lo Barnechea, has one of the most emblematic post with respect to the distance between its inhabitants. On one side is the upper middle class and the lower class by another, there is an average, as reflected in other neighboring communities. The issues surrounding this situation are varied, housing, health, education, work, etc.

It is thus that in 1996 the nursery school is born Father Alberto Hurtado, to relieve other establishments nearby and improve the educational quality of children at social risk.

The school has about 120 students, which are divided into two groups: Kinder (5 years) and Pre - Kindergarten (4años), three and two courses respectively. These facilities are refurbished at the time, as no funds were available for new construction. The size of the facility covers approximately 250 m² plus 60 m² of administrative facilities. All this in an area of 850 m². The context is suburban poor.

NEED

Every day more students are admitted, do not supply the facilities together with that, the classroom, as a learning tool, it must be being constantly updated.

Demand if the school is reflected in improvements to the space as a medium of instruction, such as shelter, according to climatic and achieve a consistent image to the topic; KINDERGARTENS.

PROGRAM
New Classroom.

With regard to the substance
