The guest room is for more formal visitors doubling up as a sleeping quadrant during winters. The sleeping spaces provide some degree of privacy which can be more private with the inclusion of a door. The courtyard is a space for multiple functions and would be further enhanced if a Plexiglas bubble skylight is made affordable and added.
The plan is modular and can be extended in multiples of 8 feet square modules depending on household income and family size.
