In this project, we were asked by the Hands on Network to produce a feasibility study to determine the necessary work and cost to renovated and reuse St. Johns Catholic School to house volunteers and to store and distribute building materials.

The GCCDS produced schematic plans to determine the program and capacity of the buildings. The buildings were assessed to determine the necessary repairs and modifications for the proposed program. The GCCDS described the necessary construction and produced a preliminary cost estimate.
