A House for Lonnie

Overviewteamupdatesworkspacecalendarfiles

Lonnie’s property on Keller Avenue is in the flood zone. As such, his new home will have to be elevated to the city’s flood zone requirements. If Lonnie is to use the Mississippi Homeowner’s Grant he will have to elevate even further (12 + feet) to the FEMA advisory elevations.

With little money, but a wealth of initiative and the help of his aunt, Mrs. Oliver, and his neighbor, Lonnie is proceeding with the build.
