Program

The initial prototype will consist of a 900 s.f. shelter in rural Nyala. The program includes a library, a computer lab with 12 terminals and a media screen for lectures and presentations. An office for one facilitator and one instructor will be included and will control access to a print room. An area designated for communication and information sharing will be included.

Materials

Primary component of the center will consist of; Corrugated Sheet Metal, Galvanized Steel Wire, Thatching and Woven Grass; Recycled Tires and Automobile Parts, Rammed Earth and Adobe Bricks and Treated Saligna Gum Trees
