PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We look to design for the village of Umueze, Nigeria a safe and functional primary schoolhouse. The campus will replace one (of two) existing school houses that has become old and dilapidated, requiring a disproportionate amount of resources and maintenance. The school will be seen as the center of growth within the village not only a place for children to learn, but also as a gathering place for the students to populate and create connections that strengthen the community as a whole.
From the photographs, it looks like a place that is high in demand. Please keep updating it.
