A project for the construction of a small facilities center for the brazilian NGO Pé de Arte, Cultura e Educação. The new center will be located in São Gonçalo dos Campos, Bahia, and wil be a shelter for the NGO's activities. The planning phase is now done, and we are entering design phase. All critics, opinions and participations are highly welcome.

The main concept is being reviewed now, since we decided to extend a bit some areas of the project, and simplify the whole structure. The designs here above show the new configuration. In files folder you can find the results of our researchs about possible sustainable techniques. We're now going to begin to draw the structure.
We now started to produce actual construction documents, which should be ready by the end of the month or a bit later. I'm still trying to reduce the complexity of the structure, though, to reduce construction costs.
The NGO Pé de Arte has just been elected "ponto de cultura do estado da Bahia", which entitles it to be sponsored during 3 years by the Bahia state government. This inplicates a major change in the global scale of the project, since it will now include many more activities. So, we are redesigning!
Finally, after many endeavours, the base project (that will be used for approval by authorities and price quotations) is ready!
