We will probably need more area for solar panels. Probably the flat area on the adjacent (lower) roof will work... just need to check for shading from the proposed PV tower.
Lets consider using nonpermeable paving and stormwater swails. That should lower the cost and provide for some education and integration into our water treatment theme.
We will need more space for the constructed wetlands, if we intend on treating the majority of greywater produced. These wetlands will probably need to be subsurface.
Let's swap the firepit and playground, so that parents can watch their kids from the comfort of the the pavilion, and firepit smoke and noise is somewhat removed.
Let's consider using this are for at least partial greywater treatment. Plus does the head work out to allow this to be partially brackish?
If cars are parked in those spaces, is there room for buses to turn?
