initially planned as an affordable, green design single-family house in a typical urban lot -- in this case atlanta. uses SIP construction, cross-ventilation, stack effect, as well as a planted "water-tube" exterior screen on the ground floor that creates in-between "inside/outside" spaces for recreation in summer and temperature buffer in winter.
