In 5 days, 15 students from the University of Minnesota Department of Architecture restored, renovated, rebuilt and created the New Calhoun McCormick Photography Gallery at 537 Caffin Avenue. With applause, tears, crawfish, beer, and the sounds of Kermit Ruffins, prints were installed in the space on Friday, March 16, 2007. Thank you Jorge, Juan, Dan, Tom, Tina, Aurana, Adrian, Anna, Jeff, Jack, Jacob, Sierra, Alissa, Armando, and Aaron. It was an honor.
