The pods are proposed to be modular structures that can be transported through existing transportation systems of adaptive re-use buildings. These are meant to be assembled by the user, saving on construction costs. The modular design provides portability, easy storage & assembly, and flexibility to adapt to microclimate needs of other buildings if their placement were to expand at a future time. It also provides an opportunity for mass production at reduced costs.
