POWI PeacePlex & Monument in Kenya

Actually the planning for this project began when a plane crashed in Marsabit and our organization's founder felt the need to erect a memorial in honor of those who had died in the crash. Over the years, it has grown into its present state with the approval of our Board of Directors. We are working for completion in 2009. Should phases be required, the monument to house the World Peace Flame will be the first construction. The complex will be erected on 10+ acres of land.
