The WWW was transformed from a communication facility to space for a life at last decade. Life passes from streets of cities in servers of providers. Sudden contact to the WWW can render negative influence on cultural integrity in developing countries . WWW can subordinate to itself, inspire idea, that a good life are anywhere, only not here. The purpose of this project - search of methods and means for the healthy productive communications between community and the Internet on the start of it origin.
1. Very active bilateral communication between community and the WWW
The person should search the help in the decision of local problems on the Internet and expose results of the achievements ther(expositions, installations, actions)
It is heavy to developing country to compete with other countries in spheres of economy and a high science. But art outside of this competition. Art activity would help to feel people of more confidently.
2. Understanding of the WWW, as means of dialogue with the world
Activity of the center should be visible to the world. In parallel with physical object of the center there should be a digital object of the center (web site). They should cooperate actively.
3. Communications with other developing centers in the world
Sensation not loneliness.
