The community learning center in Ranong-Thailand uses solar panels to generate electricity for a computer learning center, collects water from its roof and treats greywater through a constructed wetland.

The Habitech Building system was used in its construction reducing construction costs and permitting the use of non-skilled labour in construction activities.
